Are you using Ricoh parts? You have other problems with that dirty counter page.

Pretty low counter, I guess these are the initial consumables from ~2014. It seems that a foreign particle wen't throught the print process - I've seen this every now and then.
I'd probably swap the dev+dum unit and vac out the toner path, cleaning unit etc.

the drum seems chipped, it can happen, who knows what happened? ... I didn't understand what you mean by "spark or shot"? where do you see these spark or shots?

If the charge roller was arcing to the drum
          1. You would be able to hear it
          2. It would arc once and then throw a Service Code and stop

I have seen a similar dot problem with B/W Type 1027 PCU when the charge roller.

The two black lines, are they approx the drum circumference apart? I'd go with a new drum, cleaning blade and charge roller to start (vac out the drum unit and process area) and see from there.

is it not that the customer has put stapled sheets without noticing it in the cassette? ... the area is usually that .... for the dots on the charge roller I don't know....there is nothing in the machine that has that circumference

                  Are you using genuine consumables?

There's your issue. Get genuine parts and watch your issue go away.

Since you've already replaced the same parts twice, the time you've spent onsite and two sets of components has already eaten any cost savings.

                        No magic answer here.

From your pictures the drum looks damaged.

Not what us professionals would call 'spark or short'

I remembered that sometimes, it happened to me, that on the surface of the new drum cylinder, there was an imperfection, like a tiny bubble or chipping, production defect, maybe there was already when he mounted them? and didn't he notice?

Hi sir thank you for your response. I solved the problem by change another colour drum section to black and change dv unit also.
But still I didn't know what is main cause of the problem. Any way thanks to all of you for response to my post and please keep supporting me.

I dont know did you get answer but, before self check you can see 2 dots on A4, and after self check you can see lines. Your OPC is damaged and need replace.
The problem is that OPC is damaged by something. Screwdriver or similar. You will see 2 dot when electric charge is low and after self test, el charge is high so when ground from OPC touch paper or ITB, it make short cycle and line will appear. After some time, el charge will be lower and again you will see only 2 dots on A4.
