The magenta PCU requires replacing, not rebuilding. Black doesn't look too clever either.
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

Posts like this are so frustrating, you've obviously used inferior parts, and/or done poor job installing them.
You have created this issue, so how can we be expected to figure out what you did wrong?

You put the flea in my head....could it be the badly fitted charge roller (?)

of course it is easier to replace a complete opc but it is much cheaper to change it separately

I did not mention that the problem occurred to me after 10,000 prints
which means that the parts and installation are o.k.

I feel your pain the drums on the C3003 are super expensive. However you can fit the cheaper MP C3004 series black PCU as colour quite & saving & still using genuine parts.

No...that actually means that the parts are probably $hit.
It might be "cheaper" to replace with generic Crap, but if you have to do it over and over, are you really winning?
Tear it apart and replace them again my friend - you'll be good to go for another 10K

I believe this is a forum where technicians come up with a problem and other technicians offer a solution, usually when i put the original genuine units i don't have any problems so i don't need any forum and no help, turn two screws, put part, twist and voila . You should have offered me some opinion of the problem i was facing, if you may have a similar or the same problem
