That is a fuser error. The problem in the fuser will have to actually be fixed first.

SC547 is a Zero Cross error. Could be really crappy power at the wall or the main power supply in bad. It is a type D so once the cause is corrected you only need to turn the power off and back on, no reset code needed.
            • Defective fusing lamp relay
            • Defective fusing lamp relay circuit
            • Unstable power supply

            1. Check the power supply source.
            2. Replace the PSU

We have machines that are in cold rooms where the temperature is below 5 degrees Celsius, so I do not think cold weather can give the error, unless the printer is located outside.
Please start you post with brand, model, problem.

I had a martini series in a portable building at a prison. During cold weather it would throw SC 542 if the overnight dropped below 60 F overnight in the building. Told them not to turn the copier on until the heat had been on 30 minutes. End of problem.

Well with other Ricoh's I've tried the reset button, pressing 107 or 826182 depending with the model then lastly pressing the C button. But with this one it doesn't have the reset/yellow button that's why I asked

You need to bring up the keypad on the screen -either by the process listed in the SERVICE MANUAL, or by using one of the "Classic Apps" (Copier / Scanner/Fax).
Secondly, the second # sequence you listed to enter SP mode is close, but incorrect

Also the IM C2000 most likely has the ability to change the normal SP access code. There is also the possibility that Service lockout is enabled in User Tools.

All true, but my guess is straight up lack of knowledge - since he apparently can't even find the keypad
