Hi friends, My machine mpc3003 sc442-00
I already changed the ITB unit and ITB lift sensor and ITB motor but can't solve the problem. If anybody knows how to solve this problem please help me on this. Thank you.

If the itb unit, lift sensor, and itb lift motor have not resolved the code you could try the itb detection sensor or the IOB. It usually is the sensor or the motor though.

Check the P2P, I don't have mine to hand at the minute. If it goes back to the IOB:PFB, replace it, those boards are notoriously shit.

Just for clarification, The ITB lift motor is the Cyan Toner Supply Motor. That is the ITB motor that you replaced? If not you will need to replace it.

Every time I've had that code, it's been the lift sensor covered with toner. The sensor is mounted to the rear frame of the machine, behind the ITB unit.

Same here..Had an off lease machine missing the seals where the cyan DV unit met the toner hopper caused the sensor to get contaminated quickly.Took me a couple of trips to figure out that that was the cause.

As far as the Cyan toner motor being the lift mech for the ITB I posted that because when I first had this issue I didn't understand what was giving the lift to the ITB.

Run that ITB lift motor in input/output mode to see if it turns.

You can also check the sensor in input/output mode.
