Clean both sides of the slit glass in the scanner. Then clean the standard white ref plate on the bottom left edge of the platen glass. Then run Auto Color Calibration.

i have attached a sample any ideas?
Can you confirm if it is only to the copy and not to the print?
SP Printer 1-103-002 and tell us if the printer pattern is also correct.

"ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.

"White lines" indicate VOID streaks so I seriously doubt your problem is with the scanner. Check drums/dev units or laser exposure being interrupted.

How did you develop this issue.
Does it happens when you scan via platen glass too?
Was it a gradual process or it just happened in just one day?
Did you develop this after cleaning your machine?
If it is only related to copy and you have cleaned the mirror then it opens up communication problem with image sensor.
Have you tried working on the IPU and DF communication wire, camera?
All of this will only make sense if the issue has been isolated towards scanner?
