    MPC6004 tray three issue

Message says tray 3 overloaded, "please remove some paper from tray three" i only have 3 sheets in it, when its empty it shows empty, if i re boot the machine with it empty it shows empty, but the second i put 3-4 sheets in it it does this message, I have replaced the riser Motor, and checked the paper tray sensor is functional and in position, it does move freely, the paper tray has been switched and the riser mechanism works and flows freely.
any other ideas? could it be the cicuit board in the back of the 3rd4th drawer cab? ive never had one of these go bad,,, but... anyway thanks for any suggestions
i cant post a pic here for some reason??

remove the paper tray 1 e 2, now you can see all mechanism working, with the tray 3 empty, close it, try to apply a slight counter force with your hand while the machine lifting the plate, and repeat this procedure with tray 2, and 4, for at what level of force the error is triggered, you can try to swap the p/c station with 2 or 4 to see what happening, could be also the IOB board(?)

Does tray three happen to be a LCT, PB3170/PB3230? They are notorious for having problems caused by the thin aluminum back plate deforming resulting with actuators in the slide out portion of the tray not aligning properly with the sensors on the back frame. There were a number of bulletins issued for said problems with the tandem tray for the MP C6502/C8002.

If lct, all change it, (i havent thinked this) could be also a orizzontal shaft that move the paper block from left to right, that ist dirty/hard

this was found IN the Paper pick up mechanism???? wtf it works fine now.....?????
its a piece of a small gear keeping the paper pick up from moving and stressing the motor

It looks like the damper that keeps the paper from slamming down when the paper drawer is opened.
