[Jamming] ricoh 1075 hang

hi experts
My machine stop in middle of work after about 1 minute without any codes.
other symptoms:
it doesnt work when fusing temprater control is "1" and sc 543 appears.
after off/on the hang goes away for another 1 minute.
I do sp 5804 for main motor it works,after main motor I selected 5804__fusing exit motor and machine hanged again.
PSU board was repaired 1 mounth ago .
whats your opinion?tnx alot

It's a twenty year old machine. Boards and parts are going to mainly be second hand at this point at best, if you can even find them.

Find a modern machine to replace it.

SC 543 is a fusing unit overheat error. It is either a bad thermistor, power supply or bad BCU. Time to replace the dinosaur.

I remember on these models a fault would occur where the machine would say "printing", but would lock up and do nothing. This always ended up being a failed HDD.

The center thermistor is a non contact POS that most likely is no longer available.

The only time I have ever had to replace a power supply was when a screw got dropped into it. I have had many non contact thermistors die.

Checked all boards on another machine,all that were without problem.
LD,Laser wrere ok.
used 5804 31 with fusing in and hang.
580431 without fusing and resolved.
open and close fusing.maybe fusing short conection was the cause,or fusing not was incorrect place.
it was new problem for me, machine didnt appear any codes and not work.
old or new machine not important,important is resolve and repair them.anybody even a child know new machines are better

SP 5804 is totally useless for trouble shooting a fusing unit error code. If you do not have a new fusing unit to put in it, the machine is now only good to use as a boat anchor.

You had a pinched thermistor wire under top cover screw or a fuser lamp wire insulation peal off somewhere with fusing case these are old units and hundreds of repairs and replacement have been done so this is always suspected.
