[Error Code] ricoh c5100 pro code SC442

Running lots of labels and the machine blew a code SC442. Any suggestions. Seems the lift tray at the feeder goes down and skips gears, then blows the code. Help! Thankyou

And the service manual says, ITB lift sensor YMC. Detects whether or not the YMC transfer rollers are in the lifted position.

x2. Had that same situation once. Definitely check the motor @ the back of the machine.

Do you even have a service manual? If you don't, you should not be working. Both of those codes are in the service manual to include which 2 motors they refer to.

The manual that we have doesn't have this procedure in it. Got a link? Manual? Advice . Thanks

See below: followed the bulletin and replace the motor with one from a spare / parts machine. Now we have new codes. FML

Where did you get it, from a Cracker Jacks box. I have the a copy of the original printing and both error codes are listed. OBTW they are not a procedure, they are error code listings.
