Running lots of labels and the machine blew a code SC442. Any suggestions. Seems the lift tray at the feeder goes down and skips gears, then blows the code. Help! Thankyou

Replaced the motor in the back, it self destructed. New Code 398-04 and 540 has now emerged. Any takers. Thanks guysComment

Do you even have a service manual? If you don't, you should not be working. Both of those codes are in the service manual to include which 2 motors they refer to.Comment

See below: followed the bulletin and replace the motor with one from a spare / parts machine. Now we have new codes. FMLComment

Where did you get it, from a Cracker Jacks box. I have the a copy of the original printing and both error codes are listed. OBTW they are not a procedure, they are error code listings.Comment
