My applications site is not available on the screen. I wonder how can I install it again. When I auto update the machine through RFUT I don't receive it. It is hard to install apps without it.

Another end user has screwed up his entry level machine by trying to use RFUT, Ricoh Fuck Up Tool. Hire a trained tech to fix your FU.

Yeah I gotta agree, that RFUT seems to be more trouble than it's worth.

Even in RICOH manufacturers training course we had all kinds of issue trying to use RFUT...the trainer gave up in the end.

Update the package & Cheetah firmware this will re-add the missing app(s)

I think this is an end user...no access to firmware.

If so, he will need to call a tech.

I don't think there is package firmware for this model. Too old, maybe.

There is a Package software available, version 15.00 is the latest I found.

It is not on TSRC for some reason, but it is on RFG eSource.

It contains the Application Site firmware:

Application Site [M2a_zoo]
D2411467J Ver. 1.05.01 -> D2411467K Ver. 1.05.02

That model is also on RFUT, but I don't trust anything that site has to offer...been burned too many times.

Sounds like you will need an onsite tech to install.

TSRC is simply links to what is on eSource, and someone has to take the time to add them. Doesn't always happen. With Custom/Special firmware it used to be a 50-50 chance to find it on TSRC.

At one time the CVM packs (remote install Java firmware) only lived on RFG eSource.

Thanks for you all . I updated the machine using D1965406T.pkg . I now have all the new applications . Except for print/scan(memory device) . I can't find it anywhere. Is it necessary to activate something to make it appear
