pro c5200s paper jam on way out!!

i have a multi pro c5200s jamming when paper come out from exit unit, mainly you need to pull it out to prevent jamming, specially on high thickness like 350 matte or glossy,


any ideas what should i replace??

Probably not.

Unless you are doing 2 sided try set for face up exit. That way thick and slick papers do not have to make all the bends to go down through the duplex section.

i'm not even making duplex,it occurs on one side or tow sides

being a production copier, i would recommend calling a trained tech. to handle this issue.
