    J001 is quite often a defective door switch or a defective paper path sensor. If it has an external finisher, I would start with replacing the cover switches in the bridge unit.

      it also happened to me on mpc3003, try to replace the sensor wiring that goes from the machine to the PTR unit...and let us know

        Look at the input checks, one of the sensors will be showing active causing the jam.
        It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.
