Mp4054 machine only scan not print out

I have a machine ricoh MP4054 Sometimes when I press the start button of the machine for photocopying, it only scans, but the paper does not come out, that is, the paper does not feed from the tray, then when the machine is restarted, or if I open the front cover or the right side cover, then the copy is done, a, I formatted harddisk and cleared the memory but the problem is not resolved

Check that it is not set to 2 sided and waiting for the second original.

Or, it might be set for sort. Read the screen, what is it telling you?

Yes the machine want to next original and press #, i also press # and start key but no print Out

I know what your problem is. You need to order this part... it can be a little expensive but the good news is you can install it yourself. It is called an "office assistant" (in the old days it was referred to as a "secretary"). It helps one manage the tasks which are just too difficult for some people in a modern office environment. In New York State the position is called Administrative Assistant. A good AA can save us getting a lot of unnecessary calls.

It said press #, not # and Enter.
