Hi. 8002 won't let me in admin mode/sm/factory mode. can't open extended features on panel. can still see wim.
tried the factory reset (./ + #). it just bleeps once and doesn't reboot.
Any ideas ?

Sometimes the screen will lock up, especially if there were storms in the area. Unplug the machine from the wall. Press the power button to discharge the power supply. Plug it back into the wall and see if it will boot up.

What happens when you try logging into admin & service mode ?

Try restarting the machine with the LAN cables disconnected then try logging it again after waiting 5 mins etc.

If this fails try updating ALL the firmware.
