Hoping for some guidance. Filling in for a colleague, working on a MPC 5503. Not too familiar with these models. Replaced a PCU for PQ issues, however unit is still having issues. Attached are samples. Trying to determine if this is a transfer belt cleaning issue? Or fuser? Thanks for any input. MPC 5503 Sample Print.jpg

Re: Ricoh MPC PQ Issues
You have a problem with black, if you have replaced the original black pcu it is very likely that the developer is also out of stock. It doesn't seem like a fusion problem to me, also check the transfer belt if it is cleaned by pulling it out of the machine. -
Re: Ricoh MPC PQ Issues
What was the initial reason for replacing the drum? The same CQ issue?
And why have you dumped the initial thread you started last about your issues with this machine just last week?

Re: Ricoh MPC PQ Issues
What else was way over due for replacement? Maybe the ITB unit, ITB cleaning unit, or the ITB. How about going into Printer SP and printing the color test page. In can tell us a lot more than a mostly B/W print does.Comment

Replace the fuser sleeve.
