    Ricoh MP C2003 noise

    Hello, I have a client with a Ricoh mpc2003, he sends me this video. Can someone identify from the sound what kind of problem the machine has? The machine seems to work perfectly. I think it's the transfer belt...

      Hi there!
      Normaly this noise comes a) from the fuser, or b) from wornout paperrollers in one of the cassettes.

          That's vibration coming from the transfer cleaning blade.

          I'd replace the transfer cleaning unit if you have one.

              use SP "output check" to find the noise unit, if you want test the fuser unit movement, remove the waste toner bottle first, for not burn the sleeve!

                  Forgot to post the solution... To whom it may concern, the noise was caused by the gears of the fusing unit.
