The manual does not offer a lot. When Ricoh says power pack, are they referring to the power supply board

service manual that i just downloaded from ricoh. it tells the issue and the fix for it..

So this says high voltage output error, maybe new drum? if not, then check high voltage power supply area or connections/bias plates in between drum and HV power supply.
