this smell of wrong exit roller type, try to check the shape of the black plastic roller above the delivery tray, must be "bombed", like a beans, not straight!

any body have the part number for the original rollers ? we removed an internal finisher

I've looked through the service manual installation section and I don't see any place where they are changed. Not for the bridge unit, not for the internal shift tray, not for the one bin tray, and not for either of the internal finishers. That could be the reason why they are not in the parts catalog, they don't exist.

Ricoh D241-4953 and Ricoh D2414950 these parts are for the C45-6004 series, i dont know about the blk n white machines, not sure if there is an exit roller difference in the blk n white

Just need the D2414950 in the 5055 and 04 colors. Need these when finisher or bridge unit is removed. If its curling with finisher, then it's not these rollers. You don't need holder as you can use same one that you take out of machine.
The 4054 uses only 1 type of exit rollers so its not this on the older ones.
