This machine does not run forced toner for black. The motor that drives black toner is not turning, but the pump motor right below is running perfect. Other colors are working fine, toner motors and pump motors run smoothly when i execute forced toner. When i swap black toner motor with cyan it works very well and this means the motor its okay. All motors and sensors are controlled by BCU board PWB-D1495140. I m not sue if the board is the course of this problem.

Any ideas or suggestions please.

Any reason why you posted here instead of staying with the Ricoh printer forum that you started yesterday?

Have you pulled the bottle out, marked the bottle so that you can tell if it has turned, put it back in, ran SP3015-0039Forced Toner K) and then checked to see if the bottle has rotated? If you have a problem with the K toner hopper unit, the bottle could be rotating but is there is a problem with the hopper, toner will not be making it to the PCDU.

Have you replaced the black toner hopper yet? (not motor)
