RICOH MPC305 - Paper jam from computer

Hello everyone Sorry for the poor google translation.

I have a Ricoh mpc305spf which brings me rather satisfaction.
But I have a strange problem. When I launch a print from one of my computers, I have a "paper jam", Double-sided only.
I tried from several computers, same problem.
I was thinking of a problem coming from the printer, but I noticed that when I print from my phone with the Ricoh application, no problem !!
Is it a driver problem? Thanks for your help

Sounds like a paper size problem, WSD port or Windows Class driver problem. How do you have the machine set up?
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

    Hit it.

look, I think the fact that it jams from the computer is just a coincidence, get yourself a can of air, and with the machine off, try blowing the reversing f/r sensor which is located, by opening the side door, at the top right, immediately above the fuser unit, with a light you should see it, it is a "U" optical sensor, with a plastic arm that activates or deactivates it, it will be full of dust, I don't think it is necessary to disassemble the fuser to clean it

thanks for your advices. I don't think it's a coincidence. I had the problem several times, and each time printing from the smartphone worked just fine.
But I will clean this sensor, thank you!

ok it happens when you print, but does it also happen when you duplex copy as well?

Try a duplex / double side COPY then see if it jams ?

Could be a driver issue, but there were some early productions of the MP305 that had duplex jam issues. There was a clutch that would get oil on it from one of the bushings and it would fail.

If he is using one of the "for Universal Print" drivers is hasn't ended well.
