can you send me service manual ?

The only options available to you seem to be to either read the changed SP Code via an EEPROM reader as described in this old thread.
Finding previous tech SP access code

Or order a new set of NVRAM.

Changing the default SP code is a really risky move. If a company or tech wants to keep unauthorized people from accessing the SP then they can just use the Service Lock in Admin tools instead.
That also properly locks out factory.

that cable is for the optional meter,(see attachment) it's not connected to anything, it usually hangs high, just you made it go another route, instead to activate the NIC, you need to do sp 5-985-001 to 1, instead sp 5-985-002 to 1 for enable usb. and restart the machine to apply the effect

At this point i suspect, the nv-ram or controller its bad, at 99% of case nobody change the sp service enter code....the last attemp that you can try, without spend Money, its put other nv-ram, from another machine ...the fact of change the sp enter code its very remote possibility...personaly, i never encounter this in over 35 years of work

It sounds like Service Mode Lock is ON. Restricting a Customer Engineer Operation

You need to login at the control panel as the machine Administrator. Logging in Using the Control Panel

If you do not get the login button to login as Administrator then you may need to configure Administrator Authentication Configuring Administrator Authentication

There is one other Administrator not listed and that is Supervisor. Supervisor has one and only one function, administrating the credentials of all the Administrators.

I did some local tests(Was an IM C3500 but I don't think there is a difference) with Service Mode Lock because I figured that could be the case, but if that is switched ON then you can't enter Factory SP either.
So it shouldn't be that but it doesn't hurt to check it.

Slimslob, Says to you, to login with "supervisor" account, with blank password, and go to reset the admin password...at login, digit supervisor and leave blank the password field....this should have happened automatically, by inverting the nv-ram between them, (as I suggested at the beginning) this trick probably doesn't work on the 301 series....note well!!.. the only function of supervisor user, its the possibility of reset the admin 's password, and nothing of else!...serve only for this...keep presente this.
