    Can you login to User Tools as Admin? If so, check to see if IEEE 802.11 is enabled in the interface settings. It is used for a couple of things. To enable Ricoh's overpriced worthless POS WiFi interface option and for some high end network authentication protocols. Either way it will disable the wired network or in the case of authentication require proper authentication with the network server.

    I can't enter SP Mood .. the only way i can use it Y 143 C and I can't find SP 5985 on it .

    Sounds like you are entering Factory SP mode. Most likely someone has changed the 6 digit SP mode access. A common change is ABCABC where ABC is the old 3 digit code. See if while in Factory SP Mode you can access the SP setting to change the 6 digit access code. Also see if you can access SP 5985. Most like on board NIC and USB are disabled there.

    Firmware won't fix this, either you have enabled IEEE802 security settings and disabled USB type B access.

    Or, you have a broken network port. (USB type B is usually disabled by default)

    hi, type on google "ricoh firmware update tools", download it from ricoh, and run rfu.exe, follow the istruction, the machine must be connected via lan-cable, in your local network.

    Good evening
    I've Ricoh MP C401 color mp printer and I want to download Firmware of this machine .. I can't download it and how could i do it .. I can't retested in Ricoh Octopus .. how could i do it ?
    I need help I need the firmware file to load it by SD Card
