Sorry for late update. Manage to figure what causing the issue. Feeder the main source. Was transfering controller, IPU, IOB, PSU, all PCDU, fusing, ITB to another machine. It work fine. Once I put the old feeder to machine, it stop working, the temperature not rising. Did try change feeder and scanner board, still same.

Back to square one.

Any idea, where or what board that connect to feeder and scanner board, beside boards I mention above?

Funny thing is, when the "testing machine" works, I'm using the "problematic" parts. That's include BCU and NVram. So, my theory is those board are okay. But I might be wrong. My best guess is either some wire fried or there are some other board/motor short.

The setup when "testing machine" was okay.(no feeder install at this time)

Try checking the settings and inputs/outputs described in the table in "system maintenance"

Funny thing is, when the "testing machine" works, I'm using the "problematic" parts. That's include BCU and NVram. So, my theory is those board are okay. But I might be wrong. My best guess is either some wire fried or there are some other board/motor short.

if i understand well, you have replaced the follow parts without success:

-fuser unit
-psu
-controller
-bicu
-iob
-nvram
-etc

try to check or replace the waste toner management unit and her harness (behind the waste toner bottle, 1 sensor, 1 switch)
the toner dust can create strange problem....the missing bottle toner, dont permit to turn on the fuser lamp

and replace all doors switchs that you can see (fairly fast operation)..and then let us know

Maybe it's not your case but something curious happened to me and several times
In the country I was in, the current is very irregular. The problem is that on a Panasonic DP 4530 it said "ready" but it was slower, it didn't melt well, etc. The problem was the current stabilizer. This year, in An MP C5502 said it was ready, it didn't jam but..., it didn't work well, etc. and I checked everything and nothing, it was still bad. but, looking at the code 1-133-001 I see that the voltage is 91 volts, so I disconnected the machine and turned it on directly...121 current and full work...it was the damaged stabilizer

I found the waste toner management unit, but not the harness. Is it beside it, with connector going to laser unit?

Not sure on what you mean with current stabilizer, is it a device when power flow thru before plug into machine?
Because mine using direct from machine to power plug on the wall.

If you have trashy AC line voltage, plugging directly could be the problem. Have a quality electrician check your wiring.

I haven't found a page in the manual where you can see it clearly, but it's at the bottom at the back, you have to remove the side plastic panel, and the rear one, anyway try changing it, along with the unit, its simple...and also the door switches, with all that stuff you changed , there's not much left to try

Usually that is the case. But I tried different machine on the same power plug. It work fine. The plug is direct on the wall. No extension used.

I guess this is the one that you talking about. Already try change that too. Current, trying to find "donor" switches

exactly, that's right, you have to remove the plastic door, and therefore the upper or down (not remember well) bulkhead, to create more space around, to facilitate disassembly, however I repeat, after everything you've changed, I would also try to replace all the door switches in sequence, I'll send you the ptop in order to make the connections clearer

Finally found the reason why. I guessing the feeder short kill toner black chip. That's why it just show ready without temperature rise.

I didn't understand well, you changed the black cartridge, because did the chip give that problem?
