    Ricoh Pro 5210s Question

I am printing directly to my Ricoh Pro 5210s (not to a Fiery). When I try to print more than 1 copy, it still only prints out 1 copy. If I try to make 2 copies or 200 copies, it still only prints 1. Thanks in advance!!!!

If you are referring to copier mode, check your copier settings - there should be an entry for the maximum number of copies that can be made to be set to 999 rather than 1, sorry, I read the post again and it refers to printing, then try reinstalling the driver and setting the IP port, or do a test with a laptop by connecting it only to it

In the driver settings make sure the job type is not set to "sample print "

Two things - make sure the media settings you are sending to the machine match what are on it, also of the machine doesn't have a finisher ensure User Tools / Printer Features / System tab "Rotate Sort - Auto Paper Continue" is set "ON".
It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.

        Hit it.

Your post helped me down the right path. Reinstalled the latest driver. Went into the Printer Preference / Finishing Tab / then changed from "Collate" to "Application". Now everything is working fine. Thank You!!!

If all else fails read the Service Manual!

If that fails, meet me at the pub and we will discuss it.
