Hi guys,
My boss is thinking of getting back in to Ricoh’s. Our last venture in to the brand was with the MP4002/5002. I did not care for them. They ran very dirty, even with all oem toner and consumables. The panel UI and WIM where slow as hell, boot up and shut down times took forever, and I could continue bitching. Anyways I have a few questions,
Is @ Remote/FM Audit the only way to get meter readings? Or is there an updated system to get them via email like Konica Minolta and Sharp?
I have found PS3 SD cards on Aliexpress, are the SD cards plug and play with maybe a firmware update? Or are “married” to the original machine theycame in?
Is there compatibility with SMB V2 or better?
Is there compatibility with Scan to Email TLS 1.2 and SSL 3.0 or better?
Is firmware still performed one module reboot next module reboot etc or can I do them all without risk bricking a machine?
Thanks for your input.
