[Error Code] Firmware load error e225

Has anyone ever seen this error in a Ricoh? i was updating a IMC4500 through the op panel and right after the op panel optimazation got this E225 error with no instruction on what to do. any help would be appreciated as i cannot find it in the manual anywhere and also got a E32 error when my manager asked to reinstall the sd in slot 2 . I now have a hung machine.

I would try to start the machine with firmware from the SD card in slot 2, it should work, but I can't guarantee it, it has never happened to me on that model

I did try slot 2 yesterday and it didnt work. Tried it again today and it loaded......... technology, go figure

Maybe I'll stick to slot 2 instead of the panel slot for firmware updates. Slot 2 had proven to be reliable.

You might need to use the panel slot only to update the SOP OS.

I did try slot 2 yesterday and it didnt work. Tried it again today and it loaded......... technology, go figure

perhaps she was menstruating that day
