mpc400sr with sc797 defective sensor solenoid

    greetings
i got a text with a machine with intermittent sc797 code
no 797 in manual but a vague bulletin for sc797..
    sensor solenoid error
i am trying to figure which solenoid in sorter b4 hitting account and i can assume the mpc401 sorter parts excluding brds should work?
    thanks

never happened, I really struggled, this is what I found, this is bad code.
-if you have one, I would try another finisher
-clean and lubricate the stappler unit axle (sometimes the overload make strange tricks)
-clear all possible hp sensor, and reset all connectors.

    anyway:
    797 D NVRAM data error
    1. Check the harness connection.
    2. Replace the main board.

from what i see there is only 1 solonoid on this sorter.
its on the bottom with a sensor.
i am pulling a mpc401sr sorter and i think the sr1000 sorter is the same for the mpc400sr..
i dont have any 400 series anymore..

90% of the problems I have seen with that finisher is the motor cushion breaking and the belt falling off or slipping.
