Check to see if they all have the same firmware levels.

ok i am trying to wing it on the language thing on the photos. but it looks like you have scan to email selected, but you are trying to scan to a folder? you have to select the drop down and select scan to folder. does the file path appear then? you did this in the address book?

a few will let you set the scan to folder as the default. but from what i have seen, very few. i always try to tell my customers you have to hit that drop down, if you wanna scan to PC.

I will be honest. I prefer the Classic application, it is less cumbersome and the main thing is directly, and not through secondary accesses.

One thing that changed in the clients and in the machines we installed, the new design is not comfortable at all, for small last minute adjustments, and many clients get used to not adjusting anything, they expect that by "Art of AI" everything will adjust automatically. It's exasperating.
"ALL WILL BE WELL" The battle cry that most inspires me to follow, from the DC's Comic character that I admire the most. And I feel satisfied with being better every day, and with using Gnu-Linux as my usual Operating System.Apologies for my English, it's not my mother tongue and I'm helping the translator.

Same, we set all our new devices with the classics legacy apps only & delete the 'new' apps off the home screen.

Lucky the new C3010 series still have this option.
