    Aficio 9005 ghosting

Ghosted copies and fusing web gets stuck to the hot roller, Changed hot roller pressure roller bearings cleaning roller fusing lamps . The copy is five stars before entering the fuser.

I don't know what that model is and can't pull it up with http://tscweb.net/modelxref/

But we had that happening with a Aficio 2051SP and we were using the wrong fusing web. The Aficio 1075 fusing web isn't the same. Other than that, Fusing web bearings replaced? PM item on most big machines. All gears look good in fusing web assembly? Had one unit where the Gear is one way and there is a metal tab that rides on it so it clicks that direction only. The gears teeth became brittle over time.

Does the machine uses original toner? Hot Roller and Web?

verify the web gears perhaps one of them is damage... and SP 1902 ** were not played...

        Good Luck.
fix the customer first then fix the machine... its simple and makes life more easy.

OK! Its a contract machine the client only pays per copy, everything is original as we are oficial nashuatec dealers, nothing katun, the web is a new assembly.

              Thanks Imind for the link.

I've barely touched machines over 75CPM. You say the web is a new assembly. Does that include the motor on the end? Some Assemblys come with or without that.
Not enough air flow in their? Clogged filters/Fans?

On 2575 I've seen that Slide out bar filter so dirty it caused issues.

                this link may come handy:

The RICOH AF2090 is The correct model reference... The 9005 seems to be the NASHUATECH equiv, BUT, as NASHUA are now part of RICOH, please post the RICOH model number, or mention that you work on the NASHUA kit rather than telling others to use google!!!

Is the fuser temp to low?? (Offsetting?)

If so, may cause the hot roller to atract toner and the web to stick.
