    Ricoh Aficio MP W2400 big problem

    I have Ricoh Aficio MP W2400, it's started to make dirty background at total counter 17050 meters. We changed Developer, PCU, Cleaning Blade, and Fusing Cleaning Roller. After we replaced everything the background dissapeared for couple days, but started again.
    Background dissapearing after couple of copies and it's ok till i stop copying. Then it starts again.
    Today this trick won't work. Every copy it's dirty. Counter 18000 meters.

    Any ideas ?

      Seems to me like a Charge Corona or Development Bias problem...

              Looks like corona or grid problem.

                  I'd go with the charge corona on this one, with that pattern. If it were the transfer corona, you'd get voids most of the time.
