machine has 160k on it and was used very little as you can see by count. now machine is in a different dept and is being used more, about 20 to 30k month. the customer called and said that alot of codes and jams are happening so i went out and noted codes. is there anything common that will relate to the following codes? with this many different codes in a month and half (i cleared codes sept 6)could it be needing a surge protector or does this machine have a way to update firmware? they have always had the SC 522(jogger hm pos sensor) when trying to duplex. i replaced the hm pos sensor & jogger motor last year but it still throws this code once in awhile. i just renewed the contract because last year only needed 3 calls, now they are calling every 3 days!!! any help with this greatly appreciated. here are the codes:
