    Hello
    I have a problem with the Web which keeps coming out and rapping in the fuser.

    Replace Web replaced Hot roller, Lwr P roller , all bearing and claws. Cleaning roller new and once put on again runs for around 2k.

    Have requested Complete Web assy , Any further ideas warmly welcomed.

    There are 2 white gears in the drive assy that prevent the web from being pulled out. I have seen some of the teeth stripped off of the gears allowing the web to be fed out. You may be able to get away with swapping the position of these gears as they are identical. Also check the drive reduction gears next to the motor for damage, as well.

          X2. I keep the web gears in my car inventory now. Have also seen a few web motors fail.
          Don't take that toner with me!

            The metal thing that rests on this gear has probably had the end broken off it - it works like a ratchet.
