Try to isolate the noise using output modes. Squeaks are the worst to locate sometimes. Probably just an idler gear or roller shaft bushing somewhere, depending on how deep in the squeak is, you may be looking at major dis-assembly to get to it. I have seen the toner supply unit squeak when it turns on these models, also the drum units can squeak from the development roller section.
Don't take that toner with me!

It is the white idler pulley that the little belt goes around that drives paper feed. Take back cover off and look for it right rear side. The pulley is riveted on so just a drop of oil will fix it (never use wd40 except to clean label glue off a cover)

+1 for Venom. I've also had pulleys and gears in the main drive squeak, one pulley in particular, items #3 (AB01 4050) and #15 (B090 1111) on page 48 of the parts catalog. They ride on the same shaft and you'll hear the squeak if you run the main motor in output mode.
