sr4000 not stapling

i have a sr4000 on a mp7500 that wont always corner staple what i mean by wont staple is it staples but misses the paper for some reason this is very intermitant any advice please

usually its the positioning roller belt out of position or the stalk feed out belt holder is off position,most common,hope that helps

Also too much paper curl

Check for cracks in any guide mylars at the bottom of the stack area. Have had a similar problem on SR5000's but normally only causws the top sheet not to stack.
