-- salve ho un problema su una macchina a colori esce il codice sc 440-001, sul manuale tecnico mi dice che e' il tamburo nero.infatti era bloccato non girava e lo cambiato risolvendo il problema. ma dopo un mese il problema e' nato cacciando lo stesso codice sc 440-001, e ho visto e smontato il tamburo nero che nel gruppo di pulizia era bloccato lo dovuto pulire facendola funzionare.dopo un po il tamburo nero si blocca ancora uscendo di nuovo il codice di errore calcolando che la macchina ha 30,000 copie.come posso risolvere questo problema?a qualcuno e' capitato?

The machine can't detect if the black drum is rotating or not. The rotation of the black drum is monitored by a sensor. If the black drum can't rotate because something is blocking its rotation the sensor registers this.

- Check if the black PCU can rotate without obstructions,
- Check if the black PCU Motor is working,
- Check if the sensor is working (located at the rear, behind the electronics).

il problema e' che si forma molto toner nel recupero del tamburo nero che lo blocca e non lo fa girare,quindi sono costretto a pulire tutto il tamburo nero facendola cosi funzionare, ma dopo un po qualche giorno si blocca di nuovo perche' trovo croste di toner nel recupero toner di scarto del tamburo nero,sicuramente e' un problema meccanico?
