Was Streaking so I repalced the Charge Roller and Cleaning Brush Roller now all I get is solid black copies that jam in the fuser.

I'm thinking that you did not get the primary charge roller in there correctly. Poor contact to the primary charge causes solid black prints and fuser wraps. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Check the silver spring clips on the back of the charge roller pivot arms, these can catch on the frame and hold the roller away from the drum. Also, is the charge cleaning roller holding the arms apart? It should rest on the metal shoulders just inside the arms.
Have you installed the pressure springs behind the arms to press the roller against the drum?

Ditto - I've done that one to myself a number of times.

I've also had the contact at the rear of the PCU get bent so it wasn't touching the charge bias terminal.
