    Part #'s needed

Looking for part # of fuser knob on 3245C, parts book doesn't have it.
Also need Part # of drum cleaning blade for MPC 4500.
I can find a # for drum unit and drum kit but not blade alone.
    Thanks for any info.
Why do they call it common sense?

If it were common, wouldn't everyone have it?

Try Printer Toner Cartridges - Copier Toner Cartridges - Printer Parts & Copier Parts
Color is not 4 times harder... it's 65,000 times harder. They call it "TECH MODE" for a reason. I have manual's and firmware for ya, course... you are going to have to earn it.

      TSB31.pdf

The part number for the knob is: B101-4035.

On the MPC 4500, as far as I know, the PCU only comes as a unit and the individual components cannot be ordered as seperate items.

You will not get the mpc4500 blade on its own, you only get with the drum unit or rob the charge roller/blade assy from another drum assy.

Like he said. And they don't last the yield.
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
          1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
          2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
          3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
          4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
          5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.
