Reg will also be off if the density of the developer is too weak or if the ID sensors cannot register and that may be caused by the upper left roller in the ITB unit as the sensors read off of that. Or the ITB may be scratched.

not many copies on dev or pcu. when i print the color test page from the printer service mode the colors are all exellent, just not aligned. I'm not at mydesk now so cant remember the sc but i did the one where you check results and they should be all 111111 and they were. I swapped with another transfer unit, same result.

The music adjustment is to adjust the C M Y mirrors to be parallel with K mirror in LSU.

There is a coarse and fine line position adjustment in SP mode - Not near my manuals now, so I can't look up the number. The adjustments in UT only do the fine adjustment, as does a normal ProCon, but sometimes it can get so far out of whack the fine adjustment wont correct for it.

That's usually from a dirty ID sensor or worn ITB. Correct the mechanical issues, and bring the machine up to PM (anything that causes CQ issues other than the fuser can cause it to fail the adjustment) Run the coarse adjustment, then the fine, and test it.

IIRC some of the machines call the line position adjustments A, B, and C. Don't know what adjustment B is, but the coarse is sub-code 003, and fine is subcode 001.

If that doesn't work look up the SC code history, and post the codes for us. That should give us a pretty good clue as to what causes it to fail.
