Try cleaning adf registration sensor area could be false jams. If trying to feed paper then jams you should look for mechanical problem or sensor issues.
Check that the transport rollers just past the feed belt aren't spinning on their shaft. There are 3 of them, 2 thin ones and a thicker one, and the thicker one comes loose with time.
Attach the first page of the SMC report.

I would be interested to know what the skew sensor count is logging.
It may be a simple case of cleaning the original input sensor.

If the white torque limiter roller with the one way bearing is cracked it will cause slipping and jams, also the friction pads can be problematic also and these are worth changing
