2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

besides your normal PM stuff, which you said this fuser worked in another machine or that you replaced the fuser. I once had a machine actually coating developer on the pages instead of toner, after it was fused and look like crap you could take your magnetic screwdriver and tell the page had developer on it cause it would just stick all over the screwdriver tip. If I remember the Doctor blade was F'd up or the mag roller wasn't holding developer or something like that.
Also I dont know if its recommended but we actually use Hot roller Ae011095, and Lower roller Ae020145, I get a few machines that like to throw the sc545 codes but overall don't have many fusing issues with these rollers.
Just my 2 cents don't know that it would help. Otherwise only thing I come up with is the pressure levers being down or not locked all the way upComment
