Ollie1981 had a DSM675 do this.
Look at the fusing lamp cables, see if there is a little nick in one of them that is shorting to the fuser frame.
Also, as per our technician's discussion board, the drum potential sensor (WTF, I know) has caused fuser error codes before and this has been the fix. It's 106 miles to Chicago. We've got a full tank of gas, half a pack of cigarettes, it's dark and we're wearing sunglasses.
Hit it.Comment

I had one that kicked me around for awhile with this code. It ended up the lamp with the white connector on the rear of the fuser was pinched in the metal cover that goes on the rear of the fuser. Took a long time to find that one.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. I... why does it say paper jam when there is no paper jam? I swear to God, one of these days, I just kick this piece of shit out the window.

I forgot about that part change to the thermostats. Also, we've been replacing all 3 with the AW11 0066 model due to the higher blow temp.the savin2535 is displaying well bet the hiter lamp is not shining and the lamp had been tested o.k.please kindly help.Samir: No, not again. From feedback I got from our in house discussion board, even the slightest nick in the sheathing can cause this, if in doubt check continuity between the top lamp and the fuser frame.Comment

This might be a incorrect observation but is the thermistor installed with the proper orientation? I had a machine some time ago that threw a thermistor error 551/552 (dont remember which) that once I turned the dang thing around it was fine.Ricoh & Microsoft may pay the bills but Un*x saves my ass every day.
