Just follow the service manual exactly. If you don't, you are asking for major problems. As far as clearing the PM counters, do so in system SP with the door open.

Ventilation is very important on this machine, i tore the ducting down all the way on the first one to familiarize myself (full of toner) , second one i just hit the 3 fans and filters. Thanks Monkee

Specifications: 1M. In actually, depending on paper surface and lint content: 600K to 900K. If you start getting a lot of feed jams prior to that with the center of the lead edge dented by the reverse roller, replace the feed and reverse rollers with AF031040 and AF032040. They are for older model 60-80 ppm models and speced at 300K but with proper cleaning will last 500K to 600K. Paper dust is easier to clean off, near impossible with the 1M rollers.

                  Hi All

Ive got a Baron with 7Million on the clock and I'm getting wandering registration on the lead edge. I have rebuilt the reg area with new gate reg rollers etc but the reg is still not aligning correctly.

                  can any one help.

                  Thanks
