Ricoh 2051 is the model print and copies are getting duplicated towards the end of the page

I could not see what you are asking about in the attachment. Next time circle the problem and indicate the direction of paper travel.
Most offsetting occurs in the fusing unit. Fusing temperature might be either too high or too low. Fusing belt may be old and has toner build up on it. -

same is the case even if we take a Xerox copy new attachments provided

See the dimension lines on the left side of the the top of your first picture. There is one there that indicates a vertical dimension that has to do with the distance between the top of the illustration and one of broken lines that best I can tell shouldn't be there.
I could be wrong, but I think the 2051 has nothing to do with this problem, it is just printing what your CAD program tells it to.Comment

It looks somewhat like your CAD program isn't erasing the set up lines correctly.
See the dimension lines on the left side of the the top of your first picture. There is one there that indicates a vertical dimension that has to do with the distance between the top of the illustration and one of broken lines that best I can tell shouldn't be there.
I could be wrong, but I think the 2051 has nothing to do with this problem, it is just printing what your CAD program tells it to.

Looks very like a paper issue moisture/humidity in the paper
will be forced towards the end of the page
by the heat and pressure from the fusing unitI Used To Live To Fix Things Now i Fix Things To LiveComment

I have used 80 gsm, 100gsm, 200gsm paper same is the problem 80% print is ok the last 20% image not fusing properly or image is not getting properly transferred
