Did the yellowish orange line only appear after you placed new parts into the machine.?
Which parts/ consumables did you replace, and how long ago did you replace them?

better have a sample - if all consumables has been replaced it usually might lead to some memory issue or something electronic

Have you looked at the developer units?
As you say its intermittent and only on full colour prints it would fit that clumps of hard toner in the dev unit is causing voids which appear as lines on full colour prints.

            In copy mode.
Does the line get bigger when you enlarge or smaller when you reduce.

You can turn on single colour selection mode in SP mode, and then print your test sample in seperate CMY colours which will help determine where the problem is coming from.

If the line is present in all colours, then it is not caused by a drum/dev unit, but more likely a laser unit/mirror issue.

I could not find the proper SP mode number. Do you know what sim number it is?

I do not see a yellow line. What I see is a line where cyan and magenta are missing. Clean the doctor blades in the DV units and the laser shield glasses. The problem could be in the laser unit as both of those colors use the same (lower) laser.

If it's not a dev void or dirty laser glass then try the following.
Clean the optics "carefully" with a 50:50 mixture of methylated spirits and water. Do small a area on the mirrors each time, and polish dry with a very clean cloth.

Sometimes you may need to use 100% alcohol to remove bug p!iss off the mirrors.

My Money's on Dev roller void(s).

Print off a colour test page in Printer SP mode and the void areas should point you toward the problem unit(s)

Note: These toner clumps or rocks can be very tricky to get rid of (permanently). I've found it's often easiest just to empty the unit and replace the dev
