You either invest yourself in a service manual or hire a tech to solve your problems. In the service manual you'll find the procedure for laser calibration and all the other questions you have placed around the forum. Anyway check the 2-111 section for forced manual calibration.

Check ITB status. If worn the pattern calibration would fail. Check ID sensor status. If dirty it would fail as well. Check black developer if out of life. The machine checks the other color in corrispindence of the black one. Clean laser window and remove laser shutter if present.
After all these checks reset calibration setting as per procedure
          Copy SP: 5610-4
          Printet SP: 1101-1
          Copy SP: 3011-1
          Check results in 3012-1
If all 1 begin forced laser allignment
          2111-3 once and 2111-1 twice.
          Check alignment with Printer SP
          1103-2

If in the above step the results of 3012-1 are not all 1 check the remedy in the service manual.

Error 59: Insufficient data for gamma correction. Check Black Developer status and ID sensor status.

So you haven't done what I've told you to do.

Conslusion: Buy a manual or hire a tech.

You most likely need to replace the image density sensor, the black drum unit and the black development unit.

My guess is the machine has had a very recent memory clear, as the colour reg always goes out the window ( with a lot of other things) after a mem clear.

I had a machine a couple of years ago, either a MP C4501 or C4502, that kept going out of color registration. Ran ACC and it pulled it back. Two days later, out of registration again. Cleaned ID sensor and ran ACC. A week and a half later, out of registration again. As it was less than 3 months old, regional rep came out and brought an ITB unit with him. Problem solved. It seems that the ITB belt will sometimes start slipping.
