I'm guessing is that was comedy, not any realistic expectation of changing the engine speed or AC supply voltage. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

      I totally agree with that.

I've never been beyond the U.S.or Canada, but I do know that in many parts of the world machines which we consider to be dinosaurs and totally extinct are considered to be new.

When you consider that along with the lack of support and economic conditions, it gets easier to appreciate the gap.

Then add in the language barriers. Heck, I work with a lot of techs remotely in some parts of the U.S. and communication can be a real challenge.

I seem to remember a post a while back about which jumper needs to be changed on a different model. Just never saw any need for it until now.

The 7502's run dirty, they have got to be cleaned out between dev. changes, are the 9002's worse?

Thank you Blackcat. Lord knows I've done enough installs where the sales rep failed to tell the customer that they need a 220v outlet.

            Same here.

I can't even guess how many times we ended up paying the electrician's bill to install a new line.

I think it was normally removed from the salesrep's commission.

6001 upgraded to 7001 do not need to jump line, just need to change the NVRAM, and can be upgraded with a firmware upgrade (speed becomes a minute after 70)

Ok, is that how you do it in China?

The way we do it here is, if the customer wants a 70 cpm machine, we sell them an MP7001

                  BTW, I'm not English either.
