    Hi.

if you want to delete information , just format the hard drive and reboot the machine

        Hi.

        1. Go to service-mode , yellow-107 and hold stop for a few seconds

        2. Press copy-sp

        3. Press mode

        4. Go to "Format hdd" and choose "1" and execute

HDD format is ok as a first step but does not remove all customer data - you should also perform "memory clear", you can found it within sp group 5 (mode). If you open this SP you'll find several options - don't chosse "all" - start with IMH and then all other below IMH, this way you'll keep some important engine related parameters like CCD/laser values. If the machine is equipped with a fax card you also should enter fax sp - clear data - factory reset (or something like this).
