Yes i've checked all that also. Replaced itb assembly( encoder sensor) . Bicu. Iob. Power supply. Image transfer contact motor. So stressed about this machine. Anything else?

Maybe there is an error with the new ITB unit? Try another one, or swap the encoder sensor again? Maybe a wire is pinched to ground?

I've tried 3 of them. I will look for pinched wires.

One of your recent posts said you replaced the ITB CONTACT MOTOR. Why that motor and not the Image Transfer Belt Drive Motor? The Contact Motor causes SC442 errors and the Drive Motor could cause SC441/SC443 errors.

I did rep both of them. Problem is now fixed. It was the itb interface connector at the back of the machine. There were a couple of metal connectors that were mushed up. Was able to grab it off another machine. Thanks all for the great input.
