Multixpress c9301 - stuck on loading screen

Hi guys hope you are well,

currently got a printer, multixpress c9301 and it boots up loads one screen then just gets stuck on the next screen with the loading wheel, I’ve done quite a bit of research and tried a few things, such as resitting the panel on both ends but I’ve seen that maybe I need some media to fix this os that I don’t have access to.

Any help would be much appreciated, thank you very much.

Have you updated or reinstalled the firmware?

Yes I’ve tried that but it’s freezing before it can update firmware

Can you open the device webpage ?

I did do a network scan but the printer wasn’t showing up so I assumed it’s not booting up enough to be online

i did do a network scan and the printer was not showing up so I’m not sure it’s connected to the internet
