The thermal fuse in the fuser is probably blown. It could be coincidental, or it could be caused by the power supply.

The first thing you'll need to do is determine the extent of the damage to the fuser. If it's an all-out meltdown, and the rollers are fused together, you'll have to order the fuser unit at least.

You should get yourself a manual. =^..^=
If you'd like a serious answer to your request:
    1) demonstrate that you've read the manual
    2) demonstrate that you made some attempt to fix it.
    3) if you're going to ask about jams include the jam code.
    4) if you're going to ask about an error code include the error code.
    5) You are the person onsite. Only you can make observations.

Yup fuser. The 6322 and the 6122 both had main board problems they were blaming for the fuser issues. Of course after they redesigned the fuser then blamed the power supply for the problems....

Yeah, had the same thing happen on the 6322 last week. Samsung said to replace the MCB & Fuser, then if that failed put in a power supply. Agree with Mike*, I think they were trying to put the blame on one part, then another one.

Do you mean that the machine reboots when the Start key is pressed?

Check your firmware, and update even if it's newest version.
